Re: Parallel Worlds

Low-key, I would LOVE it if that last set of sprites was the hero and one of those other sets of sprites were the villain. ;)

Re: Getting Graphics in an NES ready format (For those not in the beta)

This is an invaluable guide, Kasumi, thank you! I don't even want to describe the tedious way I was making sprites using Inkscape before (although they were never ported to NES format ultimately). I'll definitely try this out.

Re: Mermay's Den

Nice! I like the shadowy illumination style of the scenery. It's also a great place to add real/imaginary elements of underwater luminescence like deep-sea jellyfish and sturgeon, etc. Keep up the good work.

Hi Meats. Heh, I love the screen name and its arbitrary silliness. Really glad to see someone is planning on making educational games! It's a genre with so much potential that is often overlooked.

Hi and welcome. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with. Yeah, I'm thinking NESMaker is going to be a game changer, pun intended.

Hi Polo, and welcome! I'm sure a lot of people here are excited to network with a bgm maker, because those are kinda rare it seems. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

Re: The Free Graphic Assets Thread

I have plenty of graphics I can donate to the cause, but I made them in Inkscape before NESMaker was available in beta. I can batch all the .svg files. Is that the best way to share? Otherwise I can simply post the graphics as .png directly to the forum. Suggestions?
