Okay so here's a list of potential issues with the file.
1. The song StoryBlues is way too long at ORDER 0D. If an individual song is longer than ORDER 09 NESmaker will refuse to import it. That was a case since the early betas, and I'm pretty sure it's also the case for the final release.
2. The song Lullabye uses the Cxx effect. GGsound does not support ANY effects besides Bxx (which has to be present in all 5 channels to work, and can be kinda glitchy even when it does).
3. I don't know what you're naming your .txt file as, but it can't include spaces or other weird characters. Same goes for instrument names and song info. (I'm not sure if that also applies to numbers, but to be safe don't use numbers either. I also just keep my song info blank when exporting, though I don't know for sure if that affects anything.)
4. I don't think NESmaker will let you import music without at least one sound effect. Don't quote me on that though.
Also I'll give you some advice on how to optimize your music. Your StoryBlues song has a ton of wasted space past ORDER 08. The tracker doesn't even reach past it because of the Bxx effect (which has to be present in all 5 channels in order to work in NESmaker btw).
Also, some of your envelopes aren't checked in the instrument editor. You'll probably want to fix that. For instance, an instrument without a volume envelope checked won't make any sound once exported.
