Antivirus Preventing a Clean Compile?

I'm very much a novice when it comes to making games outside of Bitsy or RPG Maker, so excuse me here if I'm asking a dumb question. But I followed the Facebook tutorial pretty closely, yet no matter what I do, my little test game will not compile and actually run. The only thing out of the ordinary that happened is that my Antivirus software quarantined a file during the initial compile. I've since located the file, marked it as harmless, and had it automatically returned to the NESMaker directory. Could that still be causing problems, and should I just reinstall the software and run as administrator this time? Any help would be super appreciated. Here's the image of the compile.

Thank you. That fixed it. So, if you're using Panda Antivirus, make sure you run as Administrator before you try and text anything.
