Option to offset HUD frame by 1 tile to avoid overscan.

It'd be nice to have when you want a frame but you also want hud to be on top so it wouldn't be eaten by overscan. Or maybe add "frame" as a separate HUD element type?

We know it’s an issue, and Joe will fix that one day. I can live with that for some weeks
Meanwhile... If you make it 2 rows... and put your items at the « best » place?

Yeah, I know it will be fixed, just making a note here so Joe won't forget. IMO having a customizable frame with offsets from each side of the hud would be the best - sometimes you may want to have frame only over a certain element, like an icon that shows player's health or something like that (think Doomguy face) while keeping rest of the hud plain. Or, as I've said, make frame a separate hud element type.
