Can't get activation code

I have purchased maker through PayPal, but I have not received the code. I looked through the email I have supplied, even the junk mail. I sent a message to nesmakers but haven't heard from them yet. I'm just worried I'm not going to get a code at all. Has anyone else had this problem and what should I do?

Joe and the crew have been very busy with things lately. Depending on when you sent Joe a message, it's possible he just hasn't had time to get back to you yet.

In the meantime, do you have any other email accounts it could've gone to? It's a long shot, I know, but if you juggle multiple email addresses like I do, it's hard to keep track of where the email comes from.
