Skipping the Start Screen only ONCE

Skipping the Start Screen only ONCE

I've been mauling over this issue for a while but with no luck. I'm trying to find a way to skip the Start Screen ONCE during boot-up and not skip it again when the game restarts. Does anybody know of a tangible way to do this?
