This may be implemented in a future module but I have a suggestion for:
- following npcs
- more than one playable characters
Although it may seem unnecessary at first for following npcs but it can help with cutscenes in games like adventure/rpg (maybe using the player’s tileset)
Many games like dragon quest and earthbound beginnings etc. use this
And as for having more playable characters (maybe not having unique gameplay styles or different actions as it may be too much to ask for)
Such as the castlevania 3 or super Mario bros 2 etc.
Sometimes used cleverly like in rpgs for a boat or airship
Or games like Mario when he goes from big to small upon damage
Thank you if anyone chose to read any of this~
