Looking for total game design

I am looking for someone who is interested in designing games for my retail store. I will pay a flat fee for each game. I can provide story concept and some sketches to base art off of. I'd prefer the designer takes it as far as possible. I'll probably do 10 - 20 of these over course of time, if not more.

Please DM with your suggested rate and experience.

I am working on NESMaker myself. I could do this. Lots of bugs and will be a learning process. I'd prefer a head start by teaming up with a knowledgeable designer.

First game I am looking for has a mesh-up feel between DuckTales, Castlevania II and Zelda II.

I will be creating custom box art and sealing each box in shrink wrap, then selling these games to my storefront customers.

My store specializes in NES/SNES NIB/CIB collectibles. So custom titles will be a great fit; and I have the demographic outlet on hand.

Sounds great for people to have their games in a specialist retail store. I think most users of nesmaker are essentially working solo to create their own game ideas / childhood dreams. Not sure that the prospect of a lot of very intensive work for a one off payment would be that appealing to most.

There's a lot of really good finished indie NES games who's developers would jump at the chance of getting in a store like yours. Maybe that would be better than asking them to develop a series of games they might not feel as passionate about.
