Calling the source files in the nesmaker engine scripts is a bit misleading, since scripts are something that are processed at runtime by an interpreter, such as a pyscript by python, javaScript, ExtendScript for Adobe AfterEffects, or a BASIC app for familyBasic for famicom. 6502 Assembly is not a scripting language - it is an assembly language
I suggest calling it source files or source mods, or simply mods, or something else that makes sense, computer science-wise.
