Hi, everyone!
I'm a musician and J-pop songwriter born in USA and based in Tokyo. I also work in Japanese translation so I'd be happy to help out with any related questions.
I've been so excited about the NESMaker project for a long time and I finally had the chance to start working with it yesterday.
There is so much to learn, but I'm having such a fun time watching Joe's tutorials - which I'm incredibly thankful for.
I've made amateur chip music on and off since around 2000 and for the longest time I've toyed around with sprite hacking. But I've always dreamed of making an original game or being part of a project, so the opportunity of working with NESMaker is like a dream for me.
I can't wait to watch the community grow and I'd be honored to be a part of it.
I hope through learning with everyone I'll be able to one day return some constructive work to the community!
