Animation speed question

So, I did some animated walk tests and found that the animation playing was too fast for my walking speed. I did a number of tests and found that setting the animation to play at its slowest setting did not see to have any affect.
Maybe i am changing the wrong perimeter?

Ha, I spotted in my own screenshot immediately, the action set was on idle rather than walk. Never mind!
