Flasher doesn't work. HELP!

I'm trying to flash my cartridge but every single time I try to run the flasher it gives me an error and nobody seems to know what it is. SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG!!! I'm legitimately about to cry here...

And yes this is on version 4.1.5, not 4.5.6, so it SHOULD work, but it ISN'T?????????????????????????????

Just a thought, could it have anything to do with the files being on cloud storage (Dropbox). I know Google drive can be problematic with this kind of thing. Worth trying with local files maybe?

Did you install the confusing mess of drivers for the flasher?

Sometimes, you need to unplug/plug again the USB to make it work.
Another test you could try is running directly the "flashcart_newargs.bat" batch that is in the "Flasher\INL-retro-progdump_map30\host\" folder.
