NESSimpsons

Hello everyone,
It's NESSimpsons from the Netherlands. I am new here. I used to be a NES-player (Mario, Simpsons, Kung Fu, Double Dragon, Castlevania), and arcade-lover (Pac-Man, SF II) but I kinda grew out of gaming after my 30's. Last week I happened to stumble upon a YouTube clip about a guy who created an own NES 8 Bit game, which seemed alot of fun to me.
I got some questions about NES maker. I already watched some tutorials on Youtube and it seems very interesting and fun.
I am a guy with zero understanding of programming or coding, whatever. Just to let you know. I am more into designing tbf.
What I would like to do is create a game like let's say Ducktales, a sidescroller it's called I guess, where a player can walk through levels and collects coins or keys and tries to avoid and dodge enemies by jumping mostly.
But what I would also like to add is one maze level and one beat'em up level, or a Zelda kind of level, in which you view from the top. Basically I want to create an action-adventure game. Oh, and maybe I would like to add 1 level in that same game in the style of 1942 shoot 'em up, with airplanes..
Now my questions are:
-Is it possible to make 1 game with these 3/4 types of gameplay in the same game: sidescroller, beat'em up (fighting), shoot em up (flying) and a maze type of game, like let's say Pacman.
I have made a storyboard already and I think it will be 15 levels.
-Is there a limited amount of levels one can make, since the NES-game memory seems limited?
-How long does it take to build such a game? Months or a year?
Thanks for your thoughts and experiences,
