Exporting to a usable format to play back on the NES let alone in NESmaker? No. NESmaker uses a sound driver called GGSound. The recommended method of composing for it is to make the music in FamiTracker, export a text file from it, and then use the converter program (a compiled windows binary is available in the resources tab of this forum) to convert the music into a format readable by the sound driver.
